Among the novelties of this year the Crescia sfogliata di Urbino: a unique handicraft product, which to the dough of the classic piadina adds eggs and pepper, and lard to browse.The ingredients chosen for the fillings are part of a careful selection of cold cuts and cheeses IGP and DOC, and products made a few steps from the kiosk, in the factories of Fico peasant, and are processed according to tradition to bring the authentic flavor of piadina even away from the Riviera.
